FT66100A multi-channel DC electronic load (300W/600W, 80V/500V)

FT66100A is Faith's new generation of multi-channel programmable DC electronic load. Its 8-inch color screen can display the work content of 6 channels at the same time, and adaptively adjust the best display interface according to the number of channels. This load provides rich test functions, suitable for various DC power supply, battery, charger, LED driver or related equipment test, including CC, CV, CR and CP and other basic test modes, but also provides LED test mode and dynamic test function, dynamic frequency up to 20KHz. Host and modules :

FT66100A host has 6 module mounting positions, module power 300W or 600W, module current up to 120A, voltage up to 500V, the host can carry 6 300W modules or 3 600W modules. The host can control any module individually or synchronously. Each module has two test input terminals (positive and negative terminals) and a remote SENSE terminal. Program function (Programming function) :

The FT66100A program function can help to complete the complex load change process (sequence), also can complete the automatic test for production lines. And support to quick call the first 10 steps of program functionality, Automatic test function: After editing the test parameters, the customer only needs to press the ON/OFF key or press a trigger switch, and the load will automatically complete the test process and automatically form the judgment result. If PASS, PASS is displayed, and if FAIL, will pops up a table showing which item & which channel are disqualified. Dynamic (transient) function :

The FT66100A load provides dynamic (transient) function, which can be switched periodically between two parameters according to the setting, and the slope of the switch can be set. This function is often used to test the transient characteristics of the power supply, and the dynamic mode can provide up to 20KHz dynamic frequency, so that your test is so efficient.

LED driver test function :

Faith has made a number of improvements on the load in LED drive testing, we modified the constant voltage function of FT66100 to make it closer to the working characteristic curve of LED. In order to be applicable for various constant current source , we designed three kinds of different speed under constant voltage , so as to test the LED drive about its load range. FT66100 is to ensure the load conduction curve by setting the operating voltage, operating current and conduction voltage of the LED lamp, so as to simulate a specific lamp to verify the LED driver.

APPLY mode :

FT66100A load provides a variety of application modes to suit the test in special situations, including four modes: Inductive load simulation (CC Rise), capacitive load simulation (CV Rise), constant current current constant voltage (CC To CV) and constant resistance To constant voltage mode (CR To CV). The constant voltage soft-start mode, which is equivalent to a capacitive load, has an analog capacitance proportional to the soft-start rise time. The constant current soft-start mode, which is equivalent to a inductive load, has an analog inductance that is proportional to the soft-start rise time.

OCP test function :

FT66100A will automatically find the over current protection point and stops, records the maximum current value, voltage value and power value of the protection point .load will produce its judgment results.it can set the upper and lower limits.

Stationary mode application :

Constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), constant resistance (CR), constant power (CP). Constant current mode: power load jump test; Battery charge and discharge and life test; Fuel cell testing; Dc motor on-load circuit test. Constant voltage mode: mobile phone charger test; Fold Back power supply current limit test; Fuel cell testing; Current source test. Constant resistance mode: slow start test of communication power supply; LED driver test; On-load circuit test of automotive temperature controller. Constant power mode: constant power supply test; Battery capacity and battery life test. SCPI and remote control FT66100A load supports standard SCPI commands. All functions of panel operation can be realized by SCPI commands, which provides convenience for the construction of intelligent test platform and the secondary development of users. FT66100A load can be easily remote controlled through RS232 and GPIB interface.
