FTI8108S Medium and small power switching power supply

FTI8108S is a desktop full-function power testing system developed by Faith for the characteristics of small and medium power switching power supply and combined with market demand. It can be used as a new tool for finished product testing and PCBA testing. The test system is divided into two parts: host machine and test fixture:

Hosts include:

1. 8-channel multifunctional electronic load (including ripple and timing function; 2. Power meter with 8 channels and 6 energy efficiency standards; 3. 1KW variable frequency regulated power supply and a Windows industrial control system; Power channel: 150W*8CH / 300W*4CH; Voltage range: 0-150V/0-500V; Current range: 0-30A/0-15A; The minimum current of the power meter can be tested at 0.5mA, which meets the test requirements of six levels of energy consumption. Programmable AC power supply: single phase 1000VA, 0-300V; The industrial control system adopts the brand industrial control board to ensure the stability of the test system; The test data is displayed in a resolution of 1920*1080 13.3 inch LVDS display screen, to ensure the simplicity of the host, exquisite.

FTI8108S test fixture:

1. Finished product testing; 2. Bare plate test, 3. Three types of fast tooling Can meet the customer different station, different output of the test requirements. Quick charge test function (optional), left-right conversion function (optional).
