At Combined Test Solutions, we understand the importance of minimising downtime. That’s why we offer a fast next-day Return-to-Base calibration service, with 98% of systems calibrated and returned on the same day they arrive with us.
In the rare event that a system fails calibration and replacement parts are required, turnaround times may be extended while parts are sourced.
For urgent requirements, customers also have the option to arrange same-day courier delivery and take advantage of our while-you-wait calibration service. Depending on the type of test system, calibration can often be completed within a few hours.
Pre-booking is recommended for this service.
What Do We Need?
To complete the calibration, we only require:
- The test system
- The associated test points
- There is no need to send interfacing or power supplies.
- Please ensure all equipment is securely packaged before transit.

For customers who prefer calibration at their own facility, CTS offers a professional on-site calibration service across the UK and Europe.
Calibration time will vary depending on the type of test system, but most on-site visits are completed within a few hours.

What Do We Need?
To help ensure an efficient calibration visit, please have:

- The associated test points ready for the engineer’s arrival.
We also recommend removing any test fixturing in advance to allow calibration work to begin immediately.
