Sending Your Tester for Repair
To ensure your repair is processed quickly and efficiently, all testers must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before being returned to us.
Sending equipment without an RMA number can result in unnecessary delays and additional administration time.

- Serial number
- Detailed description of the fault or issue
Loan Units Available
If your repair is expected to take longer than our standard turnaround time, we can provide a loan unit to help minimise disruption to your operation.
We maintain a range of calibrated and fully certified demo and loan systems, all serviced annually and supplied with valid calibration certification.
Please note additional charges may apply for loan equipment.
